To open any of the free fitness downloads, just click on the picture of any of the ebooks. The book should open on your computer screen. You can save it to your computer by choosing a "Save" function (the exact steps will vary depending upon which browser you are using and whether you are using a PC or Mac).

You can also save the free fitness download to your computer by "right clicking" on the ebook you want, then choose "Save Link As."
